Yes, it looks like the Dillo project is back under development - now fully implemented with FLTK rather than GTK. It should be ideal once more work on their CSS parsing is complete - or a good CSS library is made use of.

I prefer to use screen, vim, grep, awk, sed to develop wherever I'm at. I always keep my xo on and in suspend mode when I'm not using it, so that I can get back to work where I left off.
