Introduction

If you got your XO loaner through the Contributors program (Developers Program) and are finished with your project, please pass it on to someone else. Generally, the recipient should pay for shipping.

To support a school, you can also donate your XO to a school.

How to use this

If you have a loaner XO that you're done with, look at the top of the #Need an XO section and see if there are people you can give your XO to. If so, contact them. If not, add your name to the bottom of the #Have an XO queue.

If you need a loaner XO for a project, look at the top of the #Have an XO section and see if there are people who can give you theirs. If so, contact them. If not, add your name to the bottom of the #Need an XO queue.

Be sure that your personal wiki page contains or links to sufficient contact information.

Disclaimer

This registry was inspired by a topic on the OLPC News forum, [1]. Some people are willing to pass on their XOs to others, either as a gift or a loan. At present, the registry is simply intended as a way for people to identify themselves as needing or offering XOs. Neither OLPC, OLPC News, AuntiMame nor Sarah Elkins are responsible for any miscommunications. Note, there is also an official OLPC page for giving your XO back: Donate_Your_Get_One

Improve This Page!

Maybe you know of another resource for XO exchanges, or another wiki.laptop.org page that should link here. Or you may have another idea to improve the XO exchange program. Go ahead and add the information! This page has a history, so if you make a mistake, it's not fatal.
