She assures us that each GMC has one or more volunteers who serve as technical support to the computer and other multi-media courses offered at the GMCs. In some cases these are Peace Corps volunteers who have earned prior degrees in computer or technology fields; in others, it is Mauritanian volunteers who are aware of the technology needs of specific GMCs. She is aware that our team does not have a tech lead applying for deployment and has guaranteed that ample tech support will be provided at each site we work at. |
