Venue for the Boston June 2007 Game Jam

Olin College is a new engineering school in Needham, MA, about 30 minutes from downtown Boston. Directions to the campus can be found here.

Housing

Dormitory lodging is no longer available. If you need housing, register as a daytime attendee and make hotel reservations; several local hotels have Game Jam discounts available (tell them you're coming for the One Laptop Per Child Game Jam at Olin College). Dormitory lodging will be in doubles in Olin's 5-year-old West Hall dormitory; each room has a private bathroom and AC in addition to beds, desk, drawers, dressers, bookshelves, and a microwave and fridge.

Hotel Discounts

Due to the scheduling constraints of our venue, we were only able to get on-campus housing for a few attendees who registered after the deadline on a first-come-first-served basis. If you need lodging but do not have on-campus housing, two nearby hotels are offering a Game Jam discount; mention the One Laptop Per Child Game Jam at Olin College to get the special rates. If you are having difficulty getting lodging for any reason, please let us know and we'll do our best to help you.
