East Poland is plain and low population density. Poland at google maps http://miniurl.pl/east-poland
My opinion is the really big project. European Union prefer open source and similar agreement. Near the future INTEL delivery cheap WiMAX chip. My opinion OLPC with WiMAX for ~250 USD is best offer for my country. Poland is a good places for OLPC scientific research and promotion.
In Poland also start FON project http://fon.onet.pl/ FON Platfom Fonera 3.0 delivered WiMAX solution
Is good synergy OLPC, FON and my country Poland.
Good time to start negotiation with polish government.
