PHPMyFaq is a nice open source dynamic FAQ tool. (http://www.phpmyfaq.de)
One of the nice things about it is that it does dynamic ranking, has built-in translation management, and a number of other nifty features. Perhaps its highest value is that it does have a top ten section, which automatically elevates the most relevant items -- and it also has ajax search, for dynamic search suggestion.
The purpose of this page is to work on categories of faq items that might be most helpful in answering peoples questions.
The demo instance is at http://faq.laptopspace.org
Please Help
If you are a developer, please add questions that commonly get asked in the question basket.
- Are you a non-core developer and willing to help develop FAQ?
- Are you a friendly visitor and would like to help make it easier for others to participate, by watching for questions?
- Are you a translator and willing to be available to translate faq items?
Please email tekelsey "at" gmail.com.
