KBabel and OmegaT are, among other solutions, free (GPL) translation memory applications

  • OmegaT is initially designed for the translation of documentations (Wiki, manuals, etc.). It accepts po-files too.
  • KBabel (or Pootle) for the source files (PO, POT)
