Unfortunately we Swiss have no - legal - access to an OLPC Laptop yet, which makes my work very difficult. I hope to find the means through this Wiki to explore the OLPC and find out more about the G1G1 program in Europe.

I am "Mala Mukherjee Suess", I am 34 years old and am doing a "Masters of Social Informatics" at the University of Applied Sciences St. Gallen. I am part of a project to evaluate a potential Give One Get One program for a model school at the faculty of Education of the University of Applied Sciences St. Gallen. The purpose of the project is to define a media concept for a first world school and its interaction with partner schools in developing countries.

Unfortunately we Swiss have no - legal - access to an OLPC Laptop yet, which makes my work very difficult. I hope to find the means through this Wiki to explore the OLPC and find out more about the G1G1 program in Europe.
