I followed these instructions as well as I could, but I don't see the "everybody" group in Gajim. The sugar-jhbuild's name is "sugar1". When I try "ejabberdctl connected-users", I just get the Gajim client connected.
I have followed these steps, but I'm having problems.

Suggestions?
First, I set the hostname to "localhost.localdomain". I'm trying to set up a ejabberd system for development purposes; therefore this should work.

Next, I set the admin account to "kawk" with the domain "localhost.localdomain".

I used Gajim to create an account called "kawk", with the password "password". When I go to "http://localhost.localdomain:5280/admin/" and type in "kawk" and "password", it rejects it and asks me again.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Instructions for Fedora

I'd like to have these instructions on building ejabberd for Fedora too, but I don't have Fedora. Perhaps someone can do a Fedora version?--morgs 08:52, 4 March 2008 (EST)
