Intro

OLPC Nepal in coordination with Ministry of Education, Department of Education is conducting a pilot of "One Laptop Per Child" in Janajyoti School. Sixteen Students of fourth graders of the school are provided with the B4 XO Machines ("Sanu Sathi" in Nepali).

Timeline

14th March, 2008

Shankar, Nirmal and Prakash visited the school for the first time with Department of Education(DoE) officials. DoE selected the school as the pilot site. Some days before our visit DoE officials had visited the school and confirmed it as the pilot school.
