I am very sorry to have to tell you that the name IconSpeak is copyright 1999-2008 by Bostock Software Development & Consultancy Ltd. My AAC software, IconSpeak has been on sale since Feb 2000 when it was the Grand Prize Winner in PDAMart's Coolest Killer App contest, sponsored by Microsoft. To avoid any legal issues I respectfully ask you to choose another name for your development project.

Since the announcements of the XO, the community surrounding AAC has been very interested in the project. Speak was very exciting for individuals who type. Having an icon based system on the XO, similar to Speaking Dynamically Pro, the Dynavox Series Five Software, Unity, or the Tango is powerful.
