This is a description of tests to attempt to verify the performance of school network components.
General Setup
Server Test
These are tests to verify the performance of the network interface on candidate school server hardware.
Procedure
You will need a known good server.
Connect the network interface of the known server to the network interface of the server under test. If one of the interfaces is not rated for 1Gbps, a null modem network cable may be needed.

These are tests to verify the performance of the candidate switches for school networks.
