Hi
Hi
<br />

I'm thrilled to see a regional site of OLPC at Bangalore. I would like to help with software, training, documentation, testing and support. Any pointers on how to get started and who to get in touch with?

Hi All,

Sounds like a great project!

You are one of only a handful of projects that I know of, but many more are coming on line quickly. Anything you learn about using the XO for education will be very valuable for other projects. Let's us know how it goes.

For example, any details about your network (wireless AP - what make and model, BW, power, school server specs and features) or which activities the kids like, how they like the interface (e.g. do they ever use the "hot corners" thing which pops up when the cursor is at the side of the screen) what web sites they go to, or what they are studying or anything else.

Post any details you get and if you have any questions or need any technical support, don't hesitate to e-mail help@laptop.org or the India list or one of the other lists (see lists.laptop.org).

Thanks,

Greg S
