I was mainly appointed as XO repairing guy at OLE Nepal. And it was fun dismantling the XOs and again rearranging them back. We receive many damaged XOs from the schools. And I had to repair all of them. Maximum problem was with screen (broken/damaged) and torn keyboards, sometimes motherboard problems too. I was also given tasks of testing E-lesson for XOs developed by OLE Nepal. |

I tried different distros and desktop environments in it. Currently I am using DebXo. Its good. But the easiest environment I found is the default sugar desktop environment. It needs no guide or manuals. Play with sugar for about an hour and you will know almost everything. Although lack of regular interface may sometimes irritate you. |

I was volunteer/intern at OLE Nepal. I used to see OLPC in TVs and Newspapers but after I joined OLE Nepal I got chance to use it and feel the power it has. I was so much fascinated by this little green box that I immediately started using it almost all day long.
