Restore sugar-launch by bundle id substring http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/10664- Busy cursor in Browse/xulrunner: OLPC ticket, Fedora bug for F14 inclusion, Mozilla bug for inclusion in Firefox 3.6 (it is only present as an option in Firefox 4.0)
