Upstreaming 10.1.3 items that are not in master
- Land Journal entry sharing in master/0.92.
Restore sugar-launch by bundle id substring http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/10664- Busy cursor in Browse/xulrunner: OLPC ticket, Fedora bug for F14 inclusion, Mozilla bug for inclusion in Firefox 3.6 (it is only present as an option in Firefox 4.0)
- Port MySqueak icon removal from #9785 to F14 http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/10480
