Library Automation

• In js, add in third-level menu
• DONE: Also in js, do default values for all fields:
  • DONE: category_icon: should be "/library/[icon]". Otherwise, is "/images/[category_class].png". Also set image path.
  • DONE: category_class: should get defaults from table. Also write function to check for new ones.
  • DONE: subcategory: write fxn to assign subcat = cat if left blank.
  • DONE: bundle_class should be category class if left blank.
• Write to l10n list abt localization issues
• DONE: Make xol files for current library content.
• Find new owner for js and pass on outstanding items, incl.
  • Implementing l10n
  • Implementing css support
  • Ditto for xml
