We at [http://nepal.ole.org/ OLE Nepal] have started developing content to supplement the standard maths and english curriculum for grades two (age 7) and six (age 11). We're taking inspiration from sources like [[GCompris]] and we're using [[Etoys]] as a rapid authoring environment. We'll post the projects and other resources that we come up with here for anyone who's interested in our approach. You can also mail Luke Gorrie <lukego@gmail.com> for details.

We're starting now with very basic exercises for revision of maths from grade one: connect-the-dots (counting), what's the sum of two dogs and three monkeys, what's the next element in the sequence ABCAB, and so on.
