SVLUG is taking an active part in promoting One Laptop Per Child. Edward Mokurai Cherlin of Earth Treasury is an active member, working on InstallFests, School Relations, our LinuxWorld booth, and XO demonstrations and presentations. SVLUG President Paul Reiber, a Smalltalk developer, is also preparing to do conference demos and presentations. We thank Google for loaning XOs to Ed and Paul both.
We would like to create a San Francisco Bay Area (OLPC-SFBA) mailing list, and invite others to join us on it.
