Languages
The ICDL has books in 41 languages including Arabic, Chinese (simplified and traditional), English, Tagalog, French, German, Hebrew, Mongolian, Farsi, Portuguese, and Spanish representing 56 countries.
Size
The library's master collection, the largest collection of its type in the world, currently consists of over 5,000 children's books, over 2,000 of which are currently online free of charge and free of advertising. An up-to-date list is here: http://www.childrenslibrary.org/icdl/TextSearch

Quality: Varied, but spectacular children's picture books.
