Dear OLPC Management,

The frustration expressed at such cites as http://olpcnews.com/forum/index.php should have been the first clue something was incorrect.

Secondly, a review of management reports should have shown that the incoming funding was inconsistent with the orders shipped.

Third point, a simple apology instead of an excuse is long overdue.

Please do the right thing and issue a public apology to your supporters. It is safe to say a number of people will simply walk away at the seemingly unprofessional PR way that this has been handled.
