Secondly, a review of management reports should have shown that the incoming funding was inconsistent with the orders shipped. |

Third point, a simple apology instead of an excuse is long overdue. |

Please do the right thing and issue a public apology to your supporters. It is safe to say a number of people will simply walk away at the seemingly unprofessional PR way that this has been handled. |
