Founding Member of Open Learning Exchange Nepal (OLE Nepal) and OLPC Nepal. Left OLPC Nepal with other volunteers Mahabir Pun and Rabi Karmacharya to form OLE Nepal in June 2007.
I don't like Mediawiki nor html so I take pains to avoid doing anything complicated with them.
I am especially interested in working with teachers, content development, and grassroots organization.
In general, I do not like top-down approaches.
My full name is Bryan Berry
Currently Living in Kathmandu and will be there for next three years
IT Project Manager by profession, mediocre coder by hobby, and volunteer organizer/promoter for OLPC by necessity.
I was a member of the United States Embassy corps for about five years before quitting in September '07 to work full-time on making OLPC a reality for Nepal.
Particularly interested in building grassroot organizations to support OLPC, both for developers and educators.
