Additional comments, if any:
 - This build is for Ethiopia
 - No upgrading tested, this will only be used as cleaninstall
 - No downgrades tested, we don't support or test this at the moment
 - Tested on MP but not B4, we don't distribute B4s anymore
 - Tested all Amharic compose sequences and characters printed on the keyboard
 - Not specifically tested on multiple SKUs, but this happened automatically due to different keyboard tests
 - Tested Amharic keyboard for obvious reasons, plus US Intl + Spanish as they are the most popular
 - Tested WEP and mesh only, WPA not specifically tested (no changes in this area)
 - No new hardware supported (not counting the Amharic keyboard)
 - Field testing of the equivalent changes has been tested, but they have not taken this candidate build specifically
