: Can you describe in a bit more detail what you want the TOC to look like and where you want it to show up? Would this just be a single page with nothing but TOC? See also what [http://wikitravel.org wikitravel] does with its auto-collapsing TOCs that by default show the top level sections, but can be expanded... for a long TOC this is quite nice. Can you describe in a bit more detail what you want the TOC to look like and where you want it to show up? Would this just be a single page with nothing but TOC? See also what wikitravel does with its auto-collapsing TOCs that by default show the top level sections, but can be expanded... for a long TOC this is quite nice.
