CARE Ghana

CARE International is one of the world’s top three aid agencies, fighting poverty and injustice in over 70 countries around the world and helping 65 million people each year to find routes out of poverty. CARE opened its office in Accra, the capital of Ghana, in 1994. The Yale-UW-CARE Ghana Team hopes to deploy the XO laptops to 100 children/agents of change in Kumasi, Ghana.
