Also ISO 8859-15 has been published eras ago, so there's absolutely no excuse today to define an azerty layout that lacks Œ/œ |

It would be nice if the new OLPC keyboard was based on the fr(oss) xkeyboard-config design (most recent xorg azerty keyboard, with many fixes)
At least to remove the complete brokenness of making «» disjoint (yes someone azertifyied a qwerty layout without thinking. And no it does not work)
Also ISO 8859-15 has been published eras ago, so there's absolutely no excuse today to define an azerty layout that lacks Œ/œ
