Furvilla is '''Zenon Tigerpaw's''' take on SimCity, based off of Micropolis. The name derives from a new series of cities he's been working on in SimCity, 2K, 3KU, and 4. The game started development using Game Maker from 2004 and again in 2009. In both cases, development was canceled after not being able to find the ''perfect'' game engine needed for Game Maker. It wasn't until he learned about SimCity's code going open source under the name Micropolis that he decided to restart the project as Furvilla.
