Hi UBC team!<br>My name's Sam, and I'm the Project Coordinator for [[OLPCorps_Jamii_OLPC_Tanzania|Jamii OLPC]] which is applying to deploy with a school in Zanzibar, Tanzania. I'm also a fellow Canadian, on the opposite side of the country--I'm a Torontonian currently in my MA Mass Communication at Carleton. |

Jamii OLPC would be very interested in collaborating to facilitate your idea of creating additional Swahili (and English) Ebooks. What a great proposal! A thought--it might be nice to get all teams working in Swahili-speaking regions in on such a project, as it would benefit all of our schools. Let me know if this is something you might be interested in doing, we can talk in more detail once we know whether we have receive the OLPCorps grants. In the meantime, I'll chat with my Pedagogical Advisory Unit about the idea, and see if they have any input. |

Good luck with your proposal! I look forward to speaking with you further, and hopefully working together, in the future. |
