When filing a ticket at OLPC trac, you must enter the trac username for the appropriate person for them to receive email notification of the new ticket and any future changes. (We moved away from the dropdown list of usernames because of the huge performance loss incurred).
Here is a list of trac usernames against real names for OLPC software development contributors. If you think you may be receiving a ticket now and then, feel free to add yourself to the list so that people can quickly look up your trac username. Please, keep sorted by last or surname. :)
