Nike Free 3.0 I want to be able to run a full marathon without dying because I'm out of breath, falling because my legs are jello and give out, or choking because I'm dripping sweat and can't breathe. I'm going to blog about my experiences that I go through in becoming a marathon runner. I'm just a normal 23 year old girl living in Milwaukee. Yet I would love nothing more than to wake up every morning and go for a "morning jog" instead of waking up to an empty brownie pan and feeling the usual fatigue. |

So my old Nike running shoes lasted me like 3 months.... I just customized a new pair of running shoes. They are supposed to be like you're running on "air" or you're "barefoot". I'm really excited to get them!!! You can choose between 5.0, 4.0, or 3.0. I choose 3.0 because they are suppose to be the most similar to the feeling of running barefoot - which I love to do. Flexible! YAY! Here is what they look like!!! |

Completely customizable from top to bottom, the Nike Free Run iD Running Shoe lets you build exclusive hybrids of the Free 5.0 and Free 3.0 for personalized support, flexibility and cushioning. Choose the upper and midsole combination that meets the demands of your run, then choose from a wide-ranging color palette to create a look that's truly your own. |

Studies suggest that barefoot runners develop stronger feet. Natural motion builds strength, and strength means speed. NikeFree is all about speed. But first you'll need to build your muscles, because NikeFree takes some getting used to. Deep cuts in the outsole mean your feet flex and move the way they would if you were barefoot. http://www.nikefreerunskono.net |
