- 3680 OLPC XO-4 - fix HDMI PLL configuration again, reversing sign. Redo of r3676, based on kernel git hash f655fe50298685eb724b2b8390942db6de9e3648. Marvell's documentation of the sign bit was wrong. By John Watlington.
