Per Oct 29th's proposal -- these dates will Likely Be Delayed:
- 6 Dec 2013: Feature Freeze for 0.6 release
- 1 Jan 2014: RC1 for 0.6 release
- 14 Jan 2014: 0.6 Final release
Note XSCE's 0.6 Spec remains in serious flux, with many possible new features emerging from October 2013's San Francisco Sprint.
