A federation of charities [1] would allow to make sure that other charities with a higher priority goal than the distribution of laptops had an opportunity to allocate some of the available funding for their purposes first. [2] Another goal could be to make sure that educational goals of these organizations were met by the possibility to spread education through laptop applications.
