Working on a support tracking database. Here are the items we want to capture:

#Where deployed, Country
#Where deployed, City/Town
#Where deployed, School
#Date deployed
#Date record created (today's date)
#Current location/owner (olpc support, quanta, person's name)
#Product Serial Number
#Board version (B2, B3, B4, C, R1.0)
#NAND Image (482)
#OFW Image (q2c18)
#Wireless firmware image (110.16.p0)
#(other drivers?? School server specific drivers?)
#Battery type
#Battery Serial number
#Problem statement (from the end user), text
#Actual problem found, text
#Root Cause, text
#Bug(s) in trac (could be more than one)
#Resolution

'''Knowledge Base'''

I'd like to put together a knowledge base to be linked from the support pages. I'd like this to be a well-organized combination of FAQ and How-To answers. Ideally items from bug tracking and from the product returns database could be directly entered into the knowledge base system so we don't have duplicate these items.

First I need a tool or need to know how to use this wiki for that purpose.
