Austin Area Jabber Collaboration Server (Experimental but Functional): olpc.texas.9grid.us To setup your OLPC, open the terminal activity and type:
% sugar-control-panel -s jabber olpc.texas.9grid.us
(Update: temporarily down) It will tell you how to reset your interface so it'll hook up to the new collaboration server.
