My plans for the near future are:
 * Prepare for questions from teachers like:
    - We/I already have a PC/laptop (not uncommon in Switzerland). Can I use the SW?
    - What is the difference for a school with normal PCs at school with OLPC loaded
on them and OLPC for everybody
    - Most pupils have access to normal PCs at home. Can they install OLPC on them?
    - How do the programs on the OLPC compare to my ???
 * Look for LiveCD/USB-Stick of the XO to enable interested people to work on a
"normal" PC with the OLPC (see e.g. http://wiki.laptop.org/go/LiveBackup_XO-LiveCD)
 * Get a sugar-jbuild running on my Debian system. Need some more insight
   into package handling/translation.
 * Mai: If I can get the 2 XOs here. Prepare a presentation at the local school
(techears/Schulart) to get feedback for ideas like:
 * Why don't we prepare a solid plan to the Konferenz der Erziehungsdirektoren
(Conference of cantonal heads of education, as in Switzerland primary education
is run not at federal but at canton/state level) to propose
introduction of OLPC here in Switzerland.
