Open the graphical Sugar Control Panel from the Home view.
2. Click on the "Network" panel.
3. Uncheck the box labeled "Radio" and then the checkmark on the top-right.
4. Try to get on the internet using Browse.
5. Go back to the Control Panel and turn the radio back on.
6. Close the Control Panel.
7. Try to get on the internet again.
8. Check that clicking on a mesh icon still searches for a mesh connection

2. During step 4, you should be unable to get on the internet.
3. When the radio is turned on again, it should start blinking from time to time.
