http://www.weltwaerts.de/ a service of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development for young volunteers between 18 und 28 which is accepted as civilian service; eligible requesting organizations can receive a subsidization of 75% of expenses (up to 580€ / month). Cooperation with a development aid agency registered with the ministry is required. yes yes yes
