OLD Version

I wrote to Bruno Coudoin, the person on charge of g-compris, about some bugs I found on the XO activity. He wrote me back that his team had solved that bugs a long time ago. I had GCompris V8.5 Beta1 (spanish version) in a laptop xo-1. Is there any newer version available? Thanks

Chess

You need to install gnuchess in order to use the GCompris chess programs. Make sure you have a network connection and then, from the Terminal Activity:

sudo yum install gnuchess
cd /usr/games
sudo ln -s /usr/bin/gnuchess
