Detailed Description
This feature loads the /library/schoolsite/static folder. It loads image, css, js, and khan (exercises).
Benefit to XSCD
This content is needed to support the Learning feature.
Scope
The Learning feature is implemented as a web site. This feature provides the images, css style sheets, and javascript scripts used by Django apps and the Learning feature. The khan folder contains the exercises associated with the Khan videos.

The user does not access this feature directly.

Verify the Learning feature works correctly.

Dependencies
This feature installs configuration files in /etc/httpd/conf.d.
