One Laptop per Child is interested in learning activities of all kinds-- subject-specific exercises, interdisciplinary activities, generalized models for learning and play, etc. The following sample activities are intended as inspiration. They should be used as guidelines, not stencils.

Sample Activity: School Census

School Census. An activity outline for how to conduct a census in your school, inspired by a story from Galadima School, Nigeria. A good example of learning that extends beyond the classroom-- and into the classroom next door!

Sample Activity: Class Orchestra

Class Orchestra. An activity outline for how to stage an XO orchestra in your class inspired by a story from Galadima School, Nigeria. A good example of extending a single-subject exercise into a interdisciplinary learning activity.
