An international Big Sib is a college or high school student interested in participating in a Bilingual_Cultural_Exchange

To sign up to Penpal with an XO classroom

1. Sign up for an account on the OLPC wiki (http://wiki.laptop.org/go/The_OLPC_Wiki) the upper right hand corner of the page.

2. Create a user page. If you are logged in, and click on your name it will let you edit the page. Add a tag for the languages you speak
