OLPC UK is trying to establish a 100% volunteer organization and platform to support the deployments of XO computers towards solving defined needs in UK schools paired with schools in developing countries.

OLPC UK has gone from glimmer in the eye of Daniel Drake to a organisation:

- with financial backing for a school pilot in September - actively pursuing registered charity status in the UK - TODO
