This page collects documents and links regarding a Voluntary Resolution Agreement between Barnstable Public Schools and the US Department of Education, Office of Civil Rights (OCR). The agreement calls for Barnstable to improve its procedures for parents to file complaints of discrimination so that they get responded to in a timely way.
