Sugar Architecture/API/sugar.presence.Buddy

A Buddy seems like a "crew member" or "gang member" part of a GROUP. The GROUP is named by the "authorities" while bosses and leaders form "crews" and "gangs" which may or may not be part of the same GROUP. These would be Buddy's, similar to IRC channels where there are levels of control and knowledge. A Neighborhood would have GROUPS and crews and gangs. The World could have Neighborhoods or your neighborhood could be the World.
