Notes about the configuration file that will drive initial installation. We expect it to have
- XS name
- Classes it belongs to (for the mgmt scripts)
- Gold Server name
- Gold Server https key
- Gold Server GPG key (we _could_ fetch it via https, but having it installed means we can use it for USB/CD upgrades)
- Regional key
- Installer's personal key
- WAN config details, including WAN MAC wildcard
