OLPC India which in plain language would mean One Laptop Per Child in India.This possibility as good as elimination of poverty from the face of the earth, at least the poverty related to lack of resources for the education.No child in any classroom in the world would feel deprived of the technological advancement , enjoyed by the countries with high consumption and standards of living. However, it is still not very clear what agencies in India would be actively participating in OLPC project.Most probably it shall be the Ministry of Science and Technology, which till now has not issued ny notification, and not placed the order with the Quanta Computer Inc.
