Small problem: none of these techniques gets me an Ok prompt on my XO-1.

Get a developer key then.

When finished with the OFW - OK prompt, do one of the following:

  • turn the power off by holding down the power button
  • type boot to start the operating system
  • type bye to restart the laptop
  • type power-off to turn off the laptop
