Should there exist a new MenuBar for Document "Structure"?

It would allow to choose certain pieces of text as the Title, subtitle, Chapter title, and to create Footnotes, and automatic Table of Contents. These things are usually seen more in Latex programs (but appear in openoffice as well), but would be usefull to kids. This menubar could also be used to choose initial document templates.

This menubar would help them in having some automatic structuring of their documents (Automatic Table of Contents, automatic handling of footnotes, Chapter locations, etc.), as well as provide good metadata for the project (Title, Author, which would be filled automatically in the journal if used in the write activity).
