• Make a page for listing SoCon things that should be translated. (application, press release, main page, wiki tutorials). Want English, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Thai, Nepali, Hindi, Amharic, Urdu. If we can get mentors who speak these languages, then Mandarin, Punjabi, Sinhalese, Tamil.
• Ask Xavi if he's willing to head up translation for this effort.
• Cleanup/update SoCon proposal on Wikieducator
• Cleanup/update SoCon pages (main, 2007) on OLPC wiki
• Make OLPC SoCon mentor wikipage
• Make OLPC Socon mentor org category; link it to front SoCon page

• Get Wayne to delegate CoL SoCon mentor organization to Nigeria
• Create lineitem estimate for swag
• Ask Wayne if CoL would like to split swag costs
• Create and send a "swag" lineitem estimate to Rob
• Find out if Fedora is in, and what for
• Find out if Google is in, and what for; ask if they'd be willing to financially sponsor EGAP instead of being a mentor org themselves for the pilot
